Kids loved the splash park
Our family had an incredible time! The kids were thrilled with the various pools, especially the splash park. We enjoyed engaging evening shows, and the staff kept us entertained throughout our stay. The food selection was plentiful and satisfying, with daily fresh options that catered to everyone's taste. We appreciated the kind gestures from staff, especially when they remembered the kids’ names, making us feel at home.
The room did have some issues. The air conditioning seemed a bit inconsistent, and at times, the beds weren't as comfortable as we hoped. Internet connectivity also left something to be desired, which affected my ability to check in occasionally for work. While we loved our stay, these elements could use improvement, especially for families relying on downtime.

Pool paradise for kiddos!
The stay was fun – pools were super cool, especially the slides for the kids. Food was fresh, and the snack bar was a fave with my two. Couldn’t complain about the room size, but the air con could’ve done better. Worst part? That beach was a letdown, found trash while swimming. But everything else made up for it!

The spacious rooms offered comfort for family stays, complemented by a well-maintained pool area that kept the kids entertained. The food selection was impressive, especially the delicious pork belly that became a family favorite. the air conditioning struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature, and the evening entertainment generated some noise that could disrupt sleep. Meal times often led to crowded dining areas, making it challenging to find a table during peak hours.

Oh mate, the food was a total win! The themed dining nights had me on a culinary joyride, especially loving the Asian cuisine day – it was a night to remember. Plus, with a huge salad and fruit selection, nobody was going hungry. Not to forget, the pool area was fab for the kids – three nice pools and a splash park to keep them entertained!
Now, a cheeky critique, the beds weren’t the comfiest, and the internet was a right bother – a mighty struggle to connect, which was a letdown since I needed to do a bit of work.

The hotel features great facilities, especially for kids, with spacious pool areas and engaging daily activities that kept my children entertained. The air conditioning in some rooms is inconsistent and may not cool effectively. cooling was sometimes only at the hotel's discretion. Noise from evening entertainment activities can disrupt sleep, especially for anyone in rooms tucked away near performance areas, and there’s a risk of slippery surfaces around the pool due to crowds. Meals can feel repetitive with limited snack options, often leading to overcrowding during peak dining times that make finding a table a hassle. Some common areas also looked worn down, needing better upkeep.
